Return & Exchange Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fine jewellery (for hygiene and security reasons)
  • Fashion jewellery (due to the intimate nature of these accessories)
  • Hair accessories (for hygiene considerations)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without their original tags and packaging

Please Note: We carefully inspect all returns. Items that show signs of wear or do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • If exchanging, your preferred replacement item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include the Return Authorization Number on your package and ship to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Exchange Information

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
